I loved reading this book which is the second of 6 from Chris Josh that I’m immersing myself in. This book talks about well know sciences backing his simple written information to understand how to heal yourself anywhere anytime. He touches on his horrific 40 years of narcissistic abuse that led him to this enlightenment. This book is centered around the fact that all matter such as both living and inanimate, vibrate and at a specific frequency. Harnessing this knowledge and turning it into action or wisdom can make an everlasting positive impact on your psyche & physical body creating an oasis of happiness no matter what your life’s circumstances may be. I highly recommend anyone both with and without traumatic experiences to read this book and his others as well. Chris Josh’s first book, The City of Serpents (his autobiography) complements this book, How to Access Your Divine Energy, perfectly.

A very good, useful book with important informatoons on divine energy and how to access it the easiest way. I recommend it.
