I'm using this supplement for my Cognitive support. So far I feel like I can remember somewhat better! I have had moderate cognitive disfunction with my Dysautonomia for at least 26 years and I don't have too much memory loss of years past! It's my short term that needs improvement (like what did I do last Tuesday or?. ). I have just started this supplement and I do believe it will help improve my brain function. I've tried other "brain stuff" before but they never seem to help. These actually help me focus and stay awake. Thanks Plant Therapy!

I am taking this for a couple of weeks now. So far I don’t see/feel a noticeable difference, but I think supplements like these work over time and not immediately like some medication do. I’ve been wanting to implement more mushrooms in my diet for the broad benefits and I think these supplements help with this goal.
