Glow Toner

I've been using the Glow Toner for over a year. I use it as recommended under the Rooibus Serum prior to using the facial mask and Chin2Chest. I goes on clean and not sticky. It's a good quality toner that exfoliates gently because it has excellent ingredients. It's part of my protocol!
