Enjoying the meals which I incorporate with 16:8 fasting do only eating 2 meals a day, whilst exercising. Not really noticed ant movement on the scales but clothes looser. Feel energised

First Impressions
I’m just in the beginning of the program, so my impressions are not finalized. I do love the common sense aspect to this process. For me, this is so much more sustainable than a traditional calorie deficit approach to weight loss. As we have learned, fitness is so much more than the number on the scale.
