Cut does not match photo

I have to say that every time I have ordered this style wig, it has come to me looking nothing like the photo; I kept hoping it was a fluke, but 3 times?? It is not due to styling, it is because the hair at the top and crown are cut way too short; the hairs stick straight up and hairspray needs to be used to manage. I like the cut in the back but, top and sides need to be longer and straight.

The wig doesn't look like the picture at all. I love the color. It is impossible to style. It just does what it wants to no matter if you use hairspray or water. I have 5 of these and have to throw 3 away as they look terrible. They supposedly can be styled with low heat, but after trying it, it ruined the wig.
