Excellent hand grinder

I did a lot of research before buying this grinder, and am really happy with it. The burrs cut really fast yet are not hard to turn. Excellent ergonomics, with comfortable handle shape and body diameter is perfect to grasp. I love the magnetic grinds cannister and the full metal construction. Feels great quality. I bought the grinder to make pour over coffee, and the results so far have been superb.

Fantastic service, great product

After reading so many good reviews I decided to place an order for this item. However, as it was awaiting new stock and I was about to go overseas I asked for my order to be put on hold until after I returned, if it would not arrive beforehand. They sent me a message confirming that my order was put on hold. Soon after, I got a follow up message with a tracking number. The part arrived a couple of days before I had to fly out. The grinder itself is well built, makes easy work even at the lowest recommended setting. Having said that, if you do grind light roast beans at #1 it will tire you out quickly so be prepared for a daily exercise. Overall the customer service is fantastic and the product is great. Very happy.

Awesome grinder

This grinder is above expectations! Easy to use, I like the option that I can choose which grind size for French press, moka pot or percolator. Easy to clean with the brush and comes in a handy case. Still learning how to grind the best way with the coffee beans.
