I ordered these white cowboy boots in my size, but when I received them they were too narrow. I called the customer service and they were extremely helpful. They suggested that I get a half size bigger. Returning them was simple and I received the second pair soon after. They fit much better and I love them. Great quality and just what I wanted!

These are beautiful boots. I wear a medium width and ordered them in a medium width. However they were too narrow to fit me.
