One pump out, severed electrical connection.

This appears to be a well-made unit (made by Kegland in Australia), but I had two issues: (1) one of the pumps did not work, and the problem turned out to a severed crimp connection, and (2) the unit was shipped with instructions/manual for the two pump unit. Regarding complaint #1, I was able to repair the connection but was underwhelmed with the "help" I got from Support.
