Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo

I purchased this product and it took almost three weeks to arrive. It appeared to be lost in the mail, so I contacted customer support twice, but I never received a response. I understand shipping delays happen, but I would have appreciated a reply. Three weeks is a long time to wait for a product, and better communication would have made the experience much better.

It’s great makes my hair smooth curly. It’s everything I want is looking for.
