Redemption! When it’s not even your fault

I originally ordered 3 suits and they never arrived. I worked with UPS to resolve the delivery failure and got nothing. I was beyond upset and tried to communicate with your store in NJ and CA to no avail. Then, your admin section sent me a customer survey about my original purchase. I expounded on my situation and frustration, not expecting a response, I just vented because I really needed those suits as I was giving a presentation at a national conference on cybersecurity and wanted to look my best. To my utter shock, someone responded to my survey almost immediately and said they were sorry about what happened offered to re-send me all 3 suits. I just received them yesterday! Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service and care. I knew it wasn’t your fault, but when my suits didn’t make it to me and there was no one to give me good answers, I lashed out. You redeemed yourself!! I will pass my experience to every man I know or come in contact with concerning suits and other dress clothes. Again, Thanks and you are “100” in my eyes.
