Had a really great customer service experience especially with ordering different sizes for my dad for my wedding. The last exchange, the suit was much darker than what we were expecting for but it finally fit him.

Purchased this for my son. He's happy with the fit and overall look of the suit. Had an issue with shipping. He was on a tight time line, so I chose 2 day shipping and paid the additional cost. Well the item arrived in 6 days, which didn't help with our time line. Company refunded the shipping costs, but that didn't change the fact that it arrived late. Satisfied in the end, but I wouldn't buy here again if on a tight time line.
