The hoop is super shifty. I got the pro edition. Reached out to support multiple times, and got the stock try the instructions which I already did. Then support requested which I sent with of course no response. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. All the money is pumped into marketing with no care for the customer on the backend.

Fun at the beach!
Our family enjoyed UBALL on our recent beach trip. Easy setup and storage, plus we made some new friends who joined in on daily beach competitions. Great addition to our beach gear.
