This was my 2nd purchase and I can confidently they havent slacked off a bit with their customer service. They completed my illustration the next day with only a couple changes required! Custom Illustration

Orlandore did a wonderful job on the portrait illustration. They were responsive from my original communication right through to completed product. They also were happy to make some minor adjustments that I wanted after I saw the draft. Postage was quick after sign off and the item arrived well packed. Overall, an excellent experience from start to end.
