I love that this is made from simple, natural ingredients that our bodies can digest the nutrients from easily. The caramel flavour is pretty strong and sweet, I ended up adding a shot of coffee to it and some coconut water with ice and it felt like a real treat

I really liked the protein shakes as I tasted 4 different flavours. They were really easy to mix with other items, I enjoyed the vanilla flavour the most. I will be back to purchase these items again.
