Best cantle bag on the market. I put a 3L water bladder with insulation bag in the bottom big pocket, lunch and snacks in on of the upper pockets and first aid in the other.

This bag is very awkward to get into while attached to the saddle. I suggest making one big pocket. Get rid of the two smaller top pockets and run one big zipper across the TOP into ONE big pocket. Currently the big pocket at the bottom is useless to retrieve things from and makes it difficult to attach additional saddle bags because you cannot get your hands underneath it. The carry strap is unnecessary bulk, I cut mine off. We had a good laugh on the trail as my friend tried to retrieve her raincoat in a storm and couldn't get the big zipper open and got drenched. All around this is a fail. The cheap $10 cantle bags work better. I'm not sure this review will be posted as there's only rave reviews up, but in essence this is not a good bag for a serious rider.

The cantle bag is well made, I enjoy the separate pockets and the built in straps for attaching to my saddle. Design was well thought through.
