Ibérico Baby Back Ribs

Very little meat - great flavor

These ribs don't have much meat, and get pretty fatty/oily when you cook them down in a bbq, but they are a great addition to any dish like paella or fabada, where their flavor makes everything delicious.

These ribs were the best I have ever had!!! I followed the bake in oven glazed recipe and everyone at the table kept saying the same thing! Best ever!!!

Wonderful. I dry rub marinate for 24 hours heavily wrapped in aluminum foil. I then bake at 200 for 4 hours then uncover and cook for another 30 minutes.
