Great frames, even better customer service

The frames are very stylish and the lens are dark enough to be really good sunglasses. But more than that, Look Optic's customer service is excellent! I had bought sunglasses from them last summer, but recently, the screw in one earpiece just would NOT stay tight. I had to fix it constantly. I wrote customer service seeing if they could maybe repair (it had been almost 11 months) and I got a full replacement! Within a week of my first email, I was wearing my new shades. Thank you!
