Laugh Now Cry Later - Comic

When I tried to order this, I was sent the wrong comic. Immediately upon receiving the incorrect item, I emailed the support team; they confirmed that I received the wrong item and said they would ship the correct comic within one week. Two weeks passed with no shipping confirmation, so I emailed again. It's been one month, and I haven't received anything, and they stopped responding to my emails. I was really excited about this, and it was supposed to be a gift for someone else. I'm really disappointed in the lackluster customer service.
