Great hat, but…

This was my second one. The first got loose as my hair got thinner and shorter :-/ They look nice on ladies too; after I bought my first my wife got one. Excellent quality and stylish. My only complaint is that they shipped it in a cardboard box that wasn’t strong enough, the hat got crunched. I think I’ll be able to get it back in shape, but for a couple hundred I’d think they could get a better box.
