Great Product & Company

I have a 5000sqft smart home and one issue I have had with z-wave products is the transmission distance. I ran across Yolink while installing a Flume2 water meter flow product. I discovered that Yolink products have a great transmission distance so I invested in a Yolink Hub, water valve controller, leak detectors, and power outage detector. Several of the Yolink products can interface with my smart home (running Homeseer software) using IFTTT. For those Yolink devices that don't use IFTTT, I use the Yolink app for notification alerts. During the install of the Yolink Water Valve Controller 2 product to my already installed US Solid electronic water valve, I had several questions for the Yolink Techs/customer support. They were very receptive to giving me the info I needed and responded well within 24hrs of my request. I'm not sure how long this company has been in business but they are very customer oriented and very helpful to a DIYer with many questions. I could not be happier!
