Missing Components and Poor Customer Service

I ordered blackout shades with PVC side pieces to help block out light, and the PVC side pieces never arrived (even though I paid for them). Additionally, the installation instructions consist of 4 very basic pictures and pretty much no written instructions on how to do it correctly. Also, whenever I call the customer service number I get a busy signal and can't get through.
