Beef Bacon Thick Cut ( Beef Belly Strips )

“Thick cut” is an understatement. These belly strips are more than a quarter inch thick. Too thick to pan fry and crisp up like bacon and too thin and fatty to cook up like a steak. Because they are so thick, there are only 4-5 strips per package. My family loves beef bacon, but I won’t be buying this again.
