Customer service like none other
From my order to delivery to hair quality, I haven’t experienced a service as seamless and one that goes the ‘extra-mile’ as ferxcebeauty. I had initially purchased one quantity of hair in error and required an additional 2 bundles, which was closer to the date I needed it. Having reached out to ferxcebeauty, the responsiveness was very timely and I was immediately provided a solution that ensured my order was with me on time.
