Temple of Bloom® Seven Son Flower Tree

First shipment was not very good. Received a replacement and arrived in great condition. Planted per instructions and is doing well so far.

So far so good. Planted in the ground with garden soil and compost.

Would NOT consider this a TREE

Placed my order for two of the Temple of Bloom Seven Sons Trees in the Fall of 2025 to be delivered Spring 2026. At the time of ordering, there was only one size available #3 container, in March, I decided to add a few more additional plants to my order and inquired on what size tree would be shipped and was told it would be at least 3-4’ tall. I was extremely excited to receive these trees. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when they arrived in the mail and the boxes were approximately 3’ tall. The trees themselves are approximately 2.5’ tall and barely had any leaves. The boxes had a zillion small black tiny ants on the outside and inside. The trunk of the “trees” are growing horizontally. It will be impossible to get the single trunk to grow vertically. The main photo on the website shows a full grown tree with mainly trunks like a Crape Myrtle tree would have. No where in the description does it state you’ll receive a single trunk “tree”. I don’t even think this could be categorised as a “tree”. I’ve sent an email the day it arrived and left a voicemail the next day as well as submitted a ticket under my warranty and still have not heard from anyone and it’s now been six days of silence. I’ve been ordering from Nature Hills since 2019 and for the most part have received very nice quality plants and trees. I have never been as disappointed as I am right now. I received a plant the week before these trees that had no identification, no tags, no paperwork, just a #1 container with two little leaves sticking out of the soil. The return label didn’t even state Nature Hills but had HGFI as the name. I had no clue what it was or what company had shipped it. I order many plants every Spring. I received an email from Nature Hills two days after it was delivered saying it had shipped that day. Checked the tracking to find out it was the two leafed plant. I spoke with customer service and they immediately stated they would ship out another one.
