My experience was excellent with this seller from the actual tree to customer service. The tree came healthy and any questions that I asked were answered in a timely manner and with a lot of information. They were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful tree but had a few broken branches on arrival. Hoping it does well. So far it seems to be doing fine. I’m expecting to see it thrive into a much larger, fuller tree.

Dying

No one is returning my support question about my tree dying. I've written twice. Please help dont know how to save the snow fountain
