The process of choosing which chamber, payment, shiping and receiving, all went very smooth. When the unit arrived I got it into the house and opened the packages. Assembly was straight forward after watching the videos. The unit works as described and I'm happy with it and happy with customer support.

We just got ours up and running. It was easy to set up. We had a few questions and David called us to help. He was quick and had all the answers. I have done 3 sessions so far. It is easy and comfortable to sit in. I wish I had bought one years ago. This is a great company with great customer service.
