I had been searching for a small scale solution to barrel aging for a long time. 5 gallon barrels typically have too much surface area and oxygen exposure to get the same effects as a standard size barrel. I reached out to Chris and he answered all of my questions!! He was very helpful when I told him about my process and what I wanted to get out of the product. I would highly recommend this for anyone homebrewing that’s looking to barrel age their beers.

Received a few weeks ago, followed instructions included in the box (very helpful). Wine grapes arrive in a few weeks. Going to try my hand at a Bordeaux style blend with this barrel.
