Came with no instructions on how to open the lock attached which somebody used to lock the case during the packaging process. Had to make an email request to find out how to unlock it. Though I eventually got the email, it was much faster to just cut it open using a hacksaw. Overall, it’s a very good case, but the foam and synthetic inlay material pretty much wears out very quickly. Only purchased because I had a need and not enough cash for a good case. Will never recommend this product to anybody.
