I had my grandmother's recipe burned into a cutting board for my dad for Christmas and I can't begin to tell you the joy and emotion it brought to him when he opened the gift! Everything was perfect, clear to read, and such a quick turnaround! I Can't recommend Award Master enough! Excellent product. Excellent service!

Cutting board with handwritten recipe was perfect!

I purchased two cutting boards for the daughters of a friend who wrote some of her recipes down for her daughters after being placed into hospice care. At the bottom of one of the recipes she wrote, "I love you girls!". Her daughter asked me to photocopy the recipes so that both of them could have copies. without noticing the extra special message from her mother at the bottom of one of the recipes. I knew I wanted to have cutting boards made for her daughters with the recipe/message on them and wanted to go through a "brick and mortar" company. I found Award Master and it was very easy to put the order in online (I live in another state). I scanned the original recipe, and filled out the form. After I sent it in, I realized that I should've requested their mother's name on the back of the cutting board. I sent an email with my request and the proof that they emailed me back was exactly what I wanted. The staff was very vigilant about trying to contact me by both phone and email to get my consent for the proofs. The finished products were beautiful and her daughters love them. The only suggestion that I would make is if the care instructions (available online when placing the order) were also included in the box with the cutting board. Thank you very much for helping me to give a special remembrance to my friend's daughters.
