Hard to say how this item is as it took 2 weeks to arrive, then I returned it for a different size 2 days later and I’m still waiting on the new item. Regular shipping takes longer than any online retailer I’ve ever purchased from.

I am 6’4” 255 lbs, weight trainer for well over 40 years. It’s light but feels heavier, form fitting but allows for stretching, feels great during your workout, I love this shirt, I have about 10!

5 Stars for Fit and Comfort. Love the flexibility of the shirt. Fit was spot on and flattering. The weight of the material is slightly heavier than I expected- I bought it for and wore it to the gym and while shirt is breathable- it was too warm for working out in. If just lifting fine- not suitable for cardio. So instead my wardrobe gained an awesome new black tee!!! Still 5 stars worthy. Will be back for more.
