Ultimate Griller Bundle

I have only had the chance to use it one time so can’t honestly review it yet. My biggest issue is the ordering process. It took about 3 weeks before shipping and that was after reaching to find out was going. I am glad i ordeted this for me and not a gift as it took as it took almost 4 weeks for me to receive it. I do hope this is a one off and not the norm. I will saw i will think twice brfote placing an order again.

OVER A MONTH FOR DELIVERY. No communication, no service, no phone number. I cancelled the order on 7/10, they shipped it anyway on 7/20 and now want me to pay. Save yourself the headache and buy their competitor BBQ Daddy for half the price instead.

My one star rating goes to how long it took to ship the order and lack of any accurate information from customer service . When i actually get to try the product i will update review at thst point
