I bought this beautiful eyeshadow as a gift to myself after years of only buying makeup on special or of low quality. When it arrived, I was amazed by the case - the zinc alloy feels very luxurious. Some of the eyeshadow shades had been damaged in transport (I blame Aus post); however, when I reached out to the team, they were very understanding and immediately sent me a new one.
