GOLDEN AGE DENIM SHORTS

I’m so torn about how many stars to give these. They are so cute! I absolutely love the look of them, however they are a little short for me so I don’t wear them everywhere. My issue is with the gold foil. It cuts me around the very top of the waistband where excess foil has made sharp edges. We were on vacay the first time I tried to wear them and my husband was able to use the edge of his pocket knife and scrape some of the foil away that was hurting. The size is perfect and I don’t have excess skin hanging over the waistband, the foil just rolled over the top and collected probably when heat was applied during production. I haven’t washed them yet, am a little scared because the foil was applied even over the rips near the bottom edge of the legs. They are just as cute and unique as in the product photos, but just a little cumbersome to wear.
