Good brackets poor delivery

The brackets are great, the provide good support but were a little expensive compared to other brackets available online. I ordered these brackets due to the advertised delivery time. I ordered on a Thursday, the order form said they would ship Friday and arrive Tuesday. I reached out Wednesday when they did not arrive on Tuesday and was told they were shipping that day and would arrive Friday. So they arrived 3 days later than expected and needed.
