Replacement pump

Gemma is absolutely great in service support. I had ordered a replacement pump, but it turned out to be a control panel problem. As it was “just” in warranty Gemma organised a replacement. Both items arrived quickly (48 hours from ordering). I can’t fault the customer support at all, or the speed of response

Fitted and working as soon as it arrived, customer service is excellent in fact it could not be better.

This was a replacement and I’m delighted to have my west Kent back up and running again. There were a few issues with my machine but the customer service I’ve received has been excellent.
