The zipper inside of the bag is broken in that its missing the string to pull it up and down unfortunately. I’m happy overall with the product but am a bit bummed about that.

Overall a thoughtfully-designed and well made bag! I love all of the compartments and separate shoe bag, especially that they are all waterproofed. The one down side is that it's pretty long. Because I have an average-length board, the top of the bag sags a little when I try to pull it along by the handle. Not a huge deal but I would prefer for it to be a little shorter in length.
