These pants are very soft and comfortable and are similar to suede in feel. They do run smaller than mist swear pants. At 6 feet and 220 lbs, I typically wear an XL sweatpants (Nike/Adidas). I ordered XXL size in these pants, and I'm glad I did. Length is good. The drawstrings are about 3 to 4 inches longer than needed. The side railing is an off white color. I would prefer a bright white. Despite these minor things. I still gave a 5 rating due to the appearance and comfort.
