I purchased this as a gift for parents who support my program. Because it is a special order product, it takes 6 weeks to receive. I ordered it just shy of 6 weeks and reached out to Laurie to see if I there was a way to expedite my order and offered to pay extra. Later the same day, Laurie let me know that they would expedite my order for a small fee ($30). The fee was well worth it, and I received my flag on time for my event. I could not be happier with the flag or the customer service. Great company. I will gladly come back.
