Doesn’t heat below 5c

Arrived intact but items inside like aeration tray snapped in half and heater bottle 2cm hole. Evergreen sent replacements (heater bottle 2 arrived squashed) after I contacted them so a plus there for Evergreener but minus for supplier/delivery. The hotbin doesn’t warm up below 5c despite following instructions carefully & using hot bottle. Anyway, I’m sure it will when the temperature warms up.
