Very high end material, fits like a compressed UA brand shirt. So would recommend maybe go a size up. It’s true to size just remember it is super tight. I got a size M, my weight is 162lbs, 5’9. 10/10 rating makes your shoulders look big because of the texture design on the shirt got a a lot of compliments 🔥

Favorite compression shirt hands down. Better than under armour as far as design goes, and the best designed compression shirt that YoungLA has to offer in my opinion. Comfortable, fits great, looks great, makes me feel strong when I'm wearing it. For reference I'm 260lbs standing at 5'9" wearing the XL compression.
