Great quality as usual. I wear like a 33-34, and jumped to a large and it fit perfectly. Hefty 33/34 - Large Skinny 33/34 - probably OK with meduim These run a bit small, at least after a few washes. I wish I'd sized up on the first pair I'd bought years ago.
