Shorty Single Suction Cup Mount

I bought one of these. When I tried to use it, I could not get the suction cup to stick on ANYTHING… I reached out and Pivot sent out another unit. Worked like a charm first attempt at sticking it on a window. And it sticks very firmly. Great product and great customer service!
