Never received initial magnet order

We did not receive the magnet as it was lost by USPS. Because it was not incredibly expensive, my sister ended up buying another one. My request to customer service was met with a "we can help you file a claim in 45 days," which A) didn't seem worth the time, and B) felt like the company was washing its hands. So although the magnet my dad eventually received was good, I am reviewing the entire experince as 2 stars. Although Clark Street Sports is not responsible for packages lost by USPS, they did get paid for their merchandise and I received nothing. An offer of any kind of discount for the trouble would have been more appropriate and likely to make me a repeat customer.
