Ok but could be great!

I am a side sleeper and I had high hopes for the Obasan Contour pillow but it unfortunately fell short. The pillow does not support the neck like other side sleeper pillows, typically made from memory foam. It is made of high quality materials and could be great, if it had more structure to support the neck. I had raised my concern with Obasan support, and although they were responsive and replied with a potential solution (more material to stuff into the pillow, it unfortunately didn’t solve the issue as it just made the pillow bigger and more densely filled without any structure. This is a fantastic pillow for back or front sleepers, but is definitely not ideal for side sleepers which was disappointingly a very expensive lesson to learn ($258!).
