Poor customer service

I still have not received this several weeks after ordering and Customer Service still has not responded to my email. I know this isn't the right place to leave my comments but what else am I supposed to do?

Cattatude in motion

Just the nicest trollbeads sterling silver clasp. I love cats( have 2). Glad Trollbeads has a lot of kitten, cat items. Just when I think I saw them all, I find another one.
