This item is not actually a direct replacement for Ferris part 5100046. It is a 5L section not a 5V section that is required. With that said the customer service after the sale is second to none. I did not measure the belt as it was assumed to be correct and appeared to be the right one. (comparing a used and worn belt to a new one is tricky in any case. With my measurements and customer service team reaching out the their vendor we confirmed the belt was the wrong profile. A refund was immediately offered and already processed, but Mow more went above and beyond by locating another source with the correct belt unfortunately not in stock currently. Mow more knocked it out of the park in my book and I would definitely buy from them again as needed!!
