Nice product and competitively priced

The chair is substantial, relatively easy and fast to assemble, and very comfortable. Some of the screw alignment holes did not align perfectly, but were easy to adapt. The frame pieces are rustic-looking. The cushions are very nicely made, thicker, and more comfortable than most competitors' products. The swivel mechanism is rugged and pre-assembled. The 20-year warranty is its own testament.
