We received our chairs in a timely manner, and they were easy to assemble. My only comments are that the rough looking surface texture look compared to the ones that we purchased previously from a different manufacture. I like the fact that you can leave them out all winter and not have to store them in the garage. Another thought is, there should be one more piece of Pollywood in the lower back of the chair to support your back. I also plan on purchasing some pads for the seats.
