I love the bag, only one flaw, the straps are way too short. Went back and looked to see if this can be customized, and sadly is not a feature that I could see. Would be nice if you could customize this to request the straps a little longer. Other than that, love it and already had a few compliments from the ladies at work and in my office building on its first day out and about.
