Never was able to print the digital picture

Hello, I Paid for my digital print. I was emailed the link. When I clicked on the link it took me to your merchandise page and I didn’t know how and wasn’t able to get to my print so I could print it. I tried a few times, but was unable to find where my print on that the page the link took me to. So, of course, the 4th or so time I attempted to try to go to where my print was, it said I couldn’t attempt anymore because I used up the times I could open link. I emailed you a few times trying to explain my dilemma but my response was I will get an email. Which I kept repeating I already received email. Anyway you guys ended up sending me the email again. And again when I touched the link, it said I went over the attempts so I never got my digital print even though I paid for it…. So no I am not happy with this whole situation as I never got my amazing print which I love. Saw it on an instagram page where lady put it on her wall in her prayer area…. I really Wasn’t able to get to the link to print. I can understand how people would try to print it many times, but I never printed it even once :(. Ludyn Mena
